These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aventir website and the Aventir Engine platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Aventir provides a booking engine and multichannel sales platform for tours, activities, events, rentals and attractions. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate company and billing information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful services, misleading offers or any activity that violates applicable consumer, tax or tourism regulations in the markets where you operate.

4. Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not charge commissions on your bookings.

5. Liability

Aventir is liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for the content of the services you sell or the conduct of your customers and partners.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
